Yes, there is free parking at most meeting points.

Generally, we do not provide transportation. However, there are hotels that can provide transportation depending on the tour content and the hotel. For details, please contact us when making a reservation.

Yes. Depending on the location and tour you are using, you may not be able to use it. Basically, please wear a swimsuit under your regular clothes.

Yes. If the beach where the event is held changes due to wind direction, etc., there may be cases where showers are not installed.

No. For hygiene reasons and to prevent price hikes, we do not rent bath towels. Please bring your own towel to dry yourself off after showering.

We provide equipment for all tours. We have a wide selection of highly functional and well-designed equipment for each course. In addition, all rental items necessary for the tour are free of charge. Please rest assured.
Wetsuits are available for rental in the winter for 1,000 yen each.

In the case of cancellation due to customer's convenience, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the regulations. (Illness, accident, injury, lateness, etc., I want to quit because it is raining.)
*No cancellation fee will be charged if the tour is canceled due to a typhoon, bad weather, or worsening sea conditions.
The cancellation fees are as follows:
・The day before the tour: 50%
・Cancellation on the day or without permission: 100% of the tour fee
Please make your reservation well in advance.
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

Don't worry! We provide life jackets and all necessary equipment, and the tour is completely private.
You don't need to be able to swim for the entire tour!

Anyone aged between 6 and 60 and in good health can participate.
Some tours may place a heavy burden on your legs and hips. If you are not confident in your physical strength, have had a serious injury or surgery in the past, or have any other concerns, please contact us before booking.

You can participate in starry sky photography and photogenic tours.
Please wear shoes that will prevent you from falling.
Unfortunately, due to the potential impact on the unborn baby, you will not be able to participate in marine tours.

If you do not suffer from menstrual pain, you can participate in all general tours.
However, please note that physical condition during menstruation varies from person to person, so enjoy it without overdoing it.

Yes. We will do our best to help you, so please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have about the tour you would like to do or what is specifically wrong with your body .

Starry sky photo tours will not be held. As with photogenic tours, in the case of cloudy or other uncertain weather, we will consult with customers in advance and decide whether to hold the tour.
Marine tours such as sea turtle snorkeling and SUP are available.
The ocean is easily affected by waves and wind direction.
However, if the weather is bad, we will consult with you and decide whether to proceed.

For starry sky tours, clothes with lighter color schemes tend to take better photos, but there are no restrictions.
Please wear a swimsuit if you are participating in the sea turtle snorkeling tour or SUP tour.
In the summer, please bring your own sun protection such as a rash guard.
